Dear Friends~
Things have been crazy here for a while. I know I've said that again and again. I've been trying to keep my head above water and most of the time I have that feeling of not being able to. Keep my head above water, that is. I don't like to have that "stressful" feeling. I'm not a thrive-on-stress kind of person. I like slow motion. Taking time to smell the roses. I get really frazzled when things are hectic. Anyway, don't know how I got off on that tangent, but I guess what I am saying is that I am hoping to slow down soon and get myself together. I've been uploading pics into the "in the studio" folder so that I can share what I'm doing here, even when I feel too scattered to sit down and write.
Anyhow, back to "regularly scheduled programming!". It's time for last month's monthly mosaic. I can't believe October is over already! I survived halloween parties, costume re-do's, making crowns out of wallpaper and the like...
This past weekend, my dearest friend Mary Ann was here and we had the most fabulous time! She helped me finish my "marie" pages (I'm not supposed to tell...so shhhhh...lol). Anyhow, I ended up with an extra one, so that will be my blog giveaway for this month! It's an itty-bitty page (just a bit larger than an ATC). It's a copy of an original drawing I made earlier this month. MaryAnn had both my dd and I makin' transfers all weekend so there is a bit of that "experiment" on there too! As soon as I get myself together, I will write about our trip to my fave antique mall where we scored big time! We were in there for, like, 3 hours...I think we lost count..lol.
