Dear Friends:
I finished 15, 1" fabric squares for a swap today. I copied one of my collage square designs onto fabric paper from the craft store. I used some of my mom's vintage fabric. My youngest said she didn't want me to stop doing the "other squares"...I thought that was funny....at least I didn't break the needle on the sewing machine this time--and to think my mother is a seamstress by trade. she thinks I'm nuts for working on such small pieces...she hated it when I use to quilt. She would tell me to "go get your masters and stop playing with little pieces." Ok, end of today's postcard....xo Lia
